Transform your mobile device into a convenient remote control for Rexton and Audio Service hearing aids with the Smart Remote App. This app provides a discreet way to control your hearing aids without the need for additional hardware. You can now easily manage your hearing aids without drawing attention to yourself, just as if you were checking a text message.
Please note that the full functionality of the app is only available after it has been configured by your hearing health specialist.

Please note that the Smart Remote App is only compatible with the latest generation of Rexton 6c & 4c [80 / 60 / 40 / 30 / 20], Audio Service G4 & G3 [16 / 12 / 8 / 6 / 4], and A&M XTM hearing aids.
It's important to be aware that the app generates short control signals, which are designed to be played through the device's speakers and may be audible.
For safety reasons and proper operation:
1. Do not hold the loudspeaker of your device to your ears or others' ears while using the app.
2. Do not connect headphones, headsets, or other audio playback devices to your device while using the app.
